DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

All orders will be shipped with a declared value of $1,000 and a direct signature required for delivery. Shipping option: UPS Ground.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All sales of TheAlpineTouch.com Limited Production Poster Collection can be returned up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original Condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & handling for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@TheAlpineTouch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.

CANCELLATIONS:

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to minimize the time between when your order is placed and when it ships out. Unfortunately, this means that it is usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it’s been processed.
